Barnet B's Colts' Cricket Club provides coaching for girls and boys from age 6 and over by qualified ECB coaches. The object is for all young people to enjoy their cricket and to develop their techniques in a safe environment. Players are divided into age groups and may then be selected to play competitive matches for Barnet at under 9s, 10s, 11s, 13s, 15s, 17s and also for the Barnet Colts Girls XI. Annual membership provides coaching every Friday evening during the colts cricket season.

Barnet B's Colts is an affiliated member of the Middlesex Colts' Association and play matches in the Middlesex East Area leagues and also in Middlesex County cups.

Players who perform consistantly well may be put forward by their manager for County trials. Barnet Colts/Girls are currently playing for Middlesex Youth squads. Older Colts of ability may be invited to play for Barnet B's's senior XI s:- Club secretary Trevor Chambers writes:- "....the future of the Club depends almost entirely on youngsters coming through and eventually playing in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd XI s."

In 2007 Barnet C.C. merged with Barclays C.C. to form Barnet B's C.C.
